Consular fees are non-refundable. While Consular staff may give you as much advice as they can, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct service. If you are unsure, you may wish to call us before scheduling an appointment.
Please note that Consular fees are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to our website for the current fee list.
HOW TO PAY
Consular fees are payable in Brunei dollars only.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
You may schedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Please ensure that you have read the information found on our website which is relevant to your application.
We require personal attendance for our Emergency Travel Document.
Please note that you will have to pass through security upon arrival at the High Commission building at the 2nd floor. You will be required to deposit your mobile phone and other belongings at the locker provided. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, you may do so by following the link in the confirmation e-mail sent to you.
DATA PROTECTION
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds and uses data for purposes notified to the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998 (which may be viewed on the Information Commissioner's office website - www.ico.gov.uk). Such personal data pay be disclosed to other UK Goverment Departments and public authorities.
